The Bawse Mom Experience Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in its early stages, preparing to launch programs and initiatives to help eliminate the systemic barriers that prevent moms of color, primarily Black moms, from accessing the resources, support, and leadership opportunities they need to thrive.
We're in the Building Phase
This Is Just the Beginning
On May 1, 2025, we officially introduced The Bawse Mom Experience Inc. to the world.
Moms of color, especially in the black community, face deep-rooted systemic challenges that impact their ability to thrive, including limited access to culturally relevant mental health care, business capital, career advancement, mentorship, and educational opportunities. These inequities perpetuate cycles of underrepresentation, financial hardship, and burnout.
While our programs are still in development, our vision is to close equity gaps for moms of color, by providing access to education, mental wellness, leadership development, and entrepreneurial resources that empower them to thrive in every stage of motherhood and beyond.

Our mission will be advanced by four core program pillars to close equity gaps for moms of color through access to education, wellness, leadership development, and entrepreneurial resources. Each pillar represents a key area of impact where we will create lasting change.
Education & Career Development
Empowering moms of color to pursue education and professional growth through access to scholarships,
mentorship, and upskilling opportunities.
Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy
Resources and education for moms who want to build financial freedom and sustainable businesses,
equipping them with the tools to manage, grow, and fund their goals.
Mental Health Wellness
Prioritizing the holistic well-being of moms by addressing mental health, self-care, and maternal wellness as
essential components of success.
Community & Advocacy
Strengthening communities by creating spaces for connection, collective action, and social impact, ensuring that
moms have a voice in shaping policies and systems that affect them.
Additional Ways to Support
Even though our programs haven’t officially launched, you can help us lay the foundation:
10% of membership dues go towards our nonprofit's programs and initiatives.
10% of merchandise proceeds go towards our micro-grant fund for moms with start up businesses.
Our community app keeps members and supporters in the loop on our programs and initiatives first hand.
